Care instructions

• Before burning, always trim the wick to ¼ inch (~0.5cm).

• Keep the wax pool clear. 

• Always use a candle holder, it should be heat resistant, sturdy, and large enough to contain any drips or melted wax. Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.

• Never burn a candle for longer than three hours, cool for at least two hours before relighting.

• Never leave a candle unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch fire.

• Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

• Don't burn a candle all the way down. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle, it's the safest way to prevent wax from splattering.

• Most items are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

• Standard processing time: 2–7 business days (Varies by product type: ceramics, textiles, and wall art may require additional curing or drying time.)
