Care instructions

• Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the center of the card outwards.

Processing

• Most items are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

• Standard processing time: 2–7 business days (Varies by product type: ceramics, textiles, and wall art may require additional curing or drying time.)

Our Guarantee
If your print arrives damaged, bent, misprinted, or with any quality issue, we will send a free replacement immediately.

We replace posters for:

• Print or color defects

• Damage in transit (creases, dents, tears)

• Wrong item received

• Lost packages

A quick photo is all we need to process your replacement.

Limitations
Because prints are custom-made and fragile:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges

• No refunds for buyer’s remorse

• No returns for minor color variations due to screen differences
